A Unique Approach to the Practice of Trust and Estate Law
For years, Mr. Ambrecht has focused his practice on integrating sophisticated estate and tax planning to mesh with the intergenerational family dynamics of his clients. He has developed expertise to assist clients in resolving conflicts between generations and to construct a lasting framework for family business management and ownership succession.
He served for three years as Chair of the Estate and Gift Tax Section of the California State Bar Tax Section.
Mr. Ambrecht is certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law. He received his BA and MBA from the University of California Los Angeles, his JD from Loyola University, and a LLM (Taxation) from New York University.
