A Unique Approach to the Practice of Trust and Estate Law

Mr. Handelman specializes in estate planning and administration, trust and estate litigation, asset protection planning, business planning and business succession planning. He has been actively involved in structuring and drafting tax-saving trusts, planning for the control and transfer of closely held business interests and establishing private foundations. His practice emphasizes client service, high ethical standards and the explanation of the technical aspects of clients' planning in a comprehensible manner. 

Mr. Handelman has co-authored a six-volume treatise concerning California wills and trusts. He is certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law. 

Mr. Handelman received his BS degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and his JD from the University of Southern California.
