A Unique Approach to the Practice of Trust and Estate Law

Commencing in 1975, the amount of his probate practice increased to the point where, from 1986 to date, his probate practice compromises approximately 90% of his practice.

His primary areas of expertise are in probate and trust litigation and appeals, probate administration and conservatorships.  At the present time, he has approximately 300 active decedent estate administrations (ranging from $100,000 to $35,000,000 of appraised value), heirships and conservatorships, and has approximately 45 active probate and trust litigations and appeals (i.e., will contests, heirship litigations, trust litigations and surcharge matters).

He has been appointed by the court, retained by private parties and testified many times as an expert in probate, conservatorship and trust matters. During the last decade, Mr. Hinojosa has served as lecturer and panelist in excess of 50 programs in the specialty.
