A Unique Approach to the Practice of Trust and Estate Law


Legal Practice:

Mr. George specializes in estate planning, trust and probate law, with emphasis on sophisticated tax planning, administration of large and small estates, and related litigation. 

 

His practice includes preparation of revocable and irrevocable trusts,  planning and preparation of federal and state estate tax returns, charitable planning, and the utilization of corporations, partnerships, and other entities as they relate to estate and tax planning.

 

He is a member of the the Executive Committee of the State Bar’s Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section where he serves as legislation chair.

 

Mr. George is certified by the State Bar of California as a specialist in estate planning, trust, and probate law.

 

He received his AB degree from Stanford University, his J.D. from the University of San Francisco, and his LL.M. in taxation from New York University.
