A Unique Approach to the Practice of Trust and Estate Law
Ms. McCall has particular expertise in trust and estate administration, including the modification and termination of irrevocable trusts and a wide range of post-death proceedings, from petitions to confirm ownership of assets to the administration of complex trusts and probate estates. Ms. McCall is also experienced in all aspects of gift, estate and generation-skipping tax planning, and in preparing marital property agreements and agreements between cohabitants.
She was an editor of California Trusts and Estates Quarterly published by the Executive Committee of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section of the California State Bar, and has lectured frequently for the Continuing Education of the Bar and other professional organizations. Ms. McCall is certified by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law.
She received her BA, summa cum laude, from Duke University, her MA from Indiana University, and her JD, summa cum laude, from Duke University.
